Nuggets' late run rallies Rockets



The Denver Nuggets had elevated themselves around the safe spot of the Western Conference as they won against James Harden and the Rockets who will host the All-Star Weekend this February. The big run of the Nuggets in the fourth quarter had given them a win in which adds their standing to 29-18 and lying at the 6th seed of the Western Conference with just 1 game difference against the 5th seeded Golden State Warriors while the Houston Rockets' winning streak had been stopped to 3 but still clings at the 8th spot of the West with 25-23. Though 3 of the Rockets' player scored 20+ points namely James Harden(1st time All-Star) with 21 points along with 4 assists, Chandler Parson also scored 21 points and Jeremy Lin who drained 22 points to lead all scorer while Omer Asik gained a double-double game with 10 points with 18 rebounds. The key for the win of the Nuggets is their effort in their offensive stretch which lifts them to a big run at the end of the 3rd quarter and at the start of the fourth. Danilo Gallinari scored the most of the Nuggets with 27 along with 5 rebounds to be named the best player of the game while 4 other Nuggets players added with 10+ points namely Andre Igoudala- 15, Ty Lawson- 16, Kenneth Faried- 19 and Andre Miller with 12 points as they win by 8 points with 110-118. The Nuggets continued their winning streak and lift up to 5 consecutive.
